WHAT IS COOLSCULPTING?
Coolsculpting is a patented method of making careful use of cooling to reduce fat. It is also regarded as cryolipolysis. It strictly acts on the fat cells and causes no harm to other tissues and skin. After treating fat cells, they are eliminated through your body's metabolic processes. Consequently, minimizing the thickness of the fat layer. There is no anesthesia required during the treatment as it is non-surgical and non-invasive. The treatment is extremely comfortable and helps you attain the look you want, and that without surgery. There is also no downtime involved in the treatment. Immediately after the treatment, patients can resume their daily activities, including hard exercises.
The Coolsculpting technology is also incredibly safe. There have been 5500 clinical trials, and on average, four million procedures have been performed worldwide. You will recline on a comfortable chair while a small gel pad and applicator are placed on the area to be treated during the Coolsculpting procedure. Along with this, the fat is pulled from the tissue beneath your skin to the Coolsculpting paddles through a separate cup. You can relax, read, listen to music, or rest during your Coolsculpting treatment.
HOW COOLSCULPTING WORKS
CoolSculpting® relies on a process referred to as cryolipolysis, or fat freezing, to destroy stubborn fat. Fat can freeze much faster than your skin, so while the CoolSculpting® Elite device freezes your fat cells, the other tissue areas remain unharmed.
The procedure is a non-invasive one, as it doesn’t rely on needles or surgery. Our providers will put the applicator over the target area, leaving it from 35 minutes or longer depending on the area being treated. During this time, the freezing technology will destroy up to 25 percent of your fat in the treated area. CoolSculpting® Elite can treat two areas at a time, reducing treatment time. It’s delivery mechanism is more efficient than the previous CoolSculpting® device and works more effectively.
Once the fat cells underneath your skin have been destroyed, your immune system will begin to flush them out over time through your lymphatic system. This can provide a gradual effect, as it may take a few months until all the fat cells are removed.

Following an initial consultation to discuss the procedure and the areas you wish to target, you can simply sit back and relax while having it done. The areas you can treat with truSculpt Flex include hips, thighs, waist, abdomen, buttocks, love handles, and muffin tops.

First, our staff places a protective gel over the treatment area. Coolsculpting does not need any pain medication or anesthesia. Once you get comfortable, the Coolsculpting device uses gentle vacuum pressure and deep cooling to treat the fat beneath the skin and ultimately freeze the fat. No harm is caused to the skin and tissues; only the fat cells are treated using Cryolipolysis®. Initially, you will feel some pressure and intense cold, but these sensations dissipate. You may feel pulling, tugging, pinching, or numbness during the procedure from the temperature, but the procedure is not painful.

Treating fat in one area might take around 45 to 60 minutes only. We can assure you excellent results in some time only by treating four areas simultaneously. We can treat multiple areas at once with nine Coolsculpting machines. You can read a book, watch a movie, or catch up on your emails while waiting between treatments.

When the treated area is released from the suction device (a little like a handheld vacuum attachment), you will have a small block of frozen tissue, which we will then massage until it returns to a normal shape and distribution.

You will begin to notice its results within a week after completing the procedure because it might take a long time for your body to eliminate the damaged fat cells. Due to the cold temperatures, there might be numbness and redness in the area you got treated. But no worries, as they will fade in a couple of hours.

The body then absorbs the fat cells once the treatment is done, and it helps you lose inches. You will notice a drastic improvement in the next two to four months as your body slims down and dissolves that fat. However, it can’t prevent new fat from forming if you are in a caloric surplus. Therefore, maintaining your results via a healthy diet and regular exercise is recommended.
Please note that CoolSculpting is ideal for people trying to lose a small amount of fat and is not a direct replacement for liposuction.
