Patients undertake a painless series of treatments spaced over several weeks.
truSculpt flex uses a unique Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) technology to deliver three treatment options by replicating intensified crunch, squat and twisting actions. The premier truSculpt flex is clinically proven to tone or build muscles in 45-minutes with as little as four treatments twice a week. HOW TRUSCULPT FLEX WORKS
truSculpt® flex uses a technology called multi-directional stimulation (MDS) that causes your muscles to contract. The treatment can replicate the results of intensified crunches, squats, and twisting actions, without having to undergo the actual movement. In only 45 minutes, this treatment can replicate the equivalent of 54,000 crunches.
The treatment can be set into three treatment modes, based on your fitness level and goals. Depending on your preferences and our recommendations, you can go through one or more of the modes, customizing your treatment. We typically start with prep mode for two treatments and then move to tone. These are the following:

Following an initial consultation to discuss the procedure and the areas you wish to target, you can simply sit back and relax while having it done. The areas you can treat with truSculpt Flex include hips, thighs, waist, abdomen, buttocks, love handles, and muffin tops.

First, our staff places a protective gel over the treatment area. The treatment does not need any pain medication or anesthesia. Phase 1 is called 'Prep Mode'. This creates a twisting motion that can warm your muscles up, stretching them and creating a slow tolerance to the muscle contractions.

Treating fat in one area might take around 45 minutes only. We can treat multiple areas at once with multiple applicators. Phase 2 is called 'Tone Mode'. This mode helps contract your muscles, holding them to the point of exhaustion. After that, it will relax its hold, enhancing your endurance and increasing your strength. You can read a book, watch a movie, or catch up on your emails while waiting between treatments.

Phase 3 is called 'Sculpt Mode'. This mode creates deep, fast, and sequential muscle contractions that help you build more muscle mass. This can increase your basal metabolic rate (BMR). You will begin to notice its results within a week after completing the procedure because it might take a long time for your muscles to recover from the increased stimulation.
